FACTORY NEW Semi-Auto VMAC9 Rifle Upper Kit manufactured by Velocity Fire Arms. This kit includes everything that is pictured, (Upper with 16” barrel and AR Handguard Adapter). The AR handguard adapter allows you to install AR-15 style handguards as seen in the pictures. The Uppers have a manganese phosphate finished IAW 5.3.1.2 of Mil-STD-171, the U.S. governments recommended protective finish for steel. The barrel is threaded 1/2X28 for any accessories you may want. These uppers use the blow-back unlocked bolt design.
