VMAC9 Rifle Upper Kit with AR Hand Guard Adapter

This is a FACTORY NEW Semi-Auto VMAC9 Side Cocking Rifle Upper Kit manufactured by Velocity Firearms.  This kit includes everything that is pictured, (Upper, Bolt Assembly, Side Cocking Handle and AR Hand Guard Adapter).  The AR hand guard adapter allows you to build your upper with any AR-15 free float handguard.   All parts have a manganese phosphate finished IAW 5.3.1.2 of Mil-STD-171, the U.S. governments recommended protective finish for steel.    These uppers use the blow-back unlocked bolt design.
