VMAC9 Side Cocking Upper w/tactical rail

Description

The VMAC9  Side cocking Upper Receiver comes as pictured.  The VMAC9 Bolt and Side Charging Handle’s are NOT included and must be purchased seperatly.  The VMAC9 upper has a manganese phosphate finished IAW 5.3.1.2 of Mil-STD-171, the U. S. governments recommended protective  for steel.    This upper uses the VMAC9 Side Cocking handle (Item # VSP-146).
