Refund and Return Policy

Velocity Firearms is concerned with our customers satisfaction. With this in mind, we offer a no questions asked return policy with a 5 day inspection period. Because of the cost involved with returning items it is best to contact us by e-mail (sales@velocityfirearms.com) with any questions you have about the product before you place your order. The products’ can be returned by the original purchaser within 5 days of the delivery, less shipping charges, by completing the following instructions:

• The goods must be returned in the same condition that they were received with the sales receipt. Goods cannot be returned if they have been altered or fit in any way.
• No returns will be accepted without a (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization number. Please email us at sales@velocityfirearms to obtain an RMA number. If a return is requested after the 5-day inspection period, there will be a 15% restocking fee. (DO NOT WAIT) No returns after 30 days — no exceptions.
• A refund will be issued either by check or refunded to your credit card for the purchase price of the items after they are received, less shipping charges.

When shipping an item back, include a letter that explains that you would like a refund or any other instructions you see fit.
